200 miles apart...and then they return

This weekend our family was split up. Jeff and Kaelin went to Barnum (up by Duluth) to get ready for hunting season. Kaelin played with his cousins on their farm while Jeff trapsed through the woods with his best friend Mark, looking for great places to put their deer stands, in hope of actually catching something this year. They endured cool rainy weather, while back in
Rchester, Dayne and I were enjoying some beautiful fall weather. We took it fairly easy...going out to dinner with my VB team on Friday night, sleeping in on Saturday (until 6:45am, thank you very much), ate breakfast and played, ran some errands, took a nap (I like weekends for that reason), went for a walk with Sonoma and went to the Eichenlaub's for some yummy supper (Happy Birthday, Tony). The missing Huebert's returned home Sunday morning in time for Sunday School and to go to the Harris' for a yummy lunch (happy baptism, Nathan). Then it was time to put 2 crabby boys to bed, mom to take a nap and dad mowed and then we all played outside.
Sounds like a fun weekend, huh! Oh...some laundry and cleaning were done this weekend, too. Best to enjoy the nice weather while we can!
Happy fall!
